It’s been nearly a month since we wrapped Fictionwocky 2026.
Some promises were made, some announcements were made, and now… their fruition comes.
First of all, you can see the sexy little (draft) book concept with cover art made by the amazing Nathan Hatch.
All back-cover copy is subject to change. It is a placeholder and will include an actual final list of writers instead. I hate lorem ipsum, hence why.

Each survivor can expect an email from me (and a follow-up nudge, because I know how inboxes work) requesting consent to print a selection of your entries.
Nothing goes in without your “Yes”. Details in the email.
Each contributing writer will receive a printed copy of the finished book. And the Champions, those who chopped all the legs, will also receive an extra, secret piece of swag with a Fictionwocky logo. (No spoilers. You earned it.)
One more thing:
Fictionwocky will be the first title of The Metaphysical Club (coming soon), which is the minipress I’ll be running.
The idea is simple: the press will seek out new, up-and-coming authors and help put their real books into real hands.
This is where it all starts, folks. With a thirty-one-legged Beast and the people who were… mad enough to face it.
